Information you provide directly. When you use the Blueprint quiz, we collect information you enter, which may include:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number (if provided)
- Business name, industry, and revenue range
- Other business details you share in response to quiz questions
Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we and our third-party partners automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- IP address and approximate geographic location

- Measure advertising performance through the Meta Pixel

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
Service providers. We share data with third-party companies that help us operate our business. These companies process data on our behalf and are obligated to protect it:
- Supabase — database storage and processing of quiz responses
- GoHighLevel — CRM, pipeline management, and email/SMS marketing platform
- Google LLC — website analytics via Google Analytics 4
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel
Legal requirements. We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any such change.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site. Google Analytics collects data such as pages viewed, session duration, and general geographic location. 6. Email Marketing and Communications
By submitting the 10Fold Growth Blueprint quiz, you expressly consent to receive email communications from Sherpa Collaborative, LLC DBA 10Fold Growth. These communications may include your Blueprint results, follow-up information, business growth tips, and information about our services and offers.
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email we send you or by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Unsubscribe." Please allow up to 10 business days to process your request. Note that even after unsubscribing from marketing emails, we may still send you transactional or service-related communications.
We comply with the federal CAN-SPAM Act. All marketing emails will clearly identify us as the sender, include our physical mailing address, and provide a clear and easy way to opt out.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, maintain our business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you request deletion of your data, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 45 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business necessity.

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Sherpa Collaborative, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company doing business as 10Fold Growth ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing our website or using the 10Fold Growth Blueprint assessment tool (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
The 10Fold Growth Blueprint is a free online assessment tool designed to help trades business owners identify growth opportunities, operational gaps, and prioritized next steps based on the information they provide. The Service delivers a personalized analysis ("Blueprint") and may include a follow-up consultation with a member of our team.
The Service is provided at no cost. Using the Service does not create an obligation to purchase any product or service from us. Any paid services we offer are separate offerings that will be clearly disclosed and require your affirmative agreement before any charges are incurred.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for business owners and operators in the United States.
4. Use of the Service

By submitting the Blueprint quiz, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. You understand that the quality and relevance of your Blueprint results depend on the accuracy of the information you provide.
By submitting the quiz, you expressly consent to be contacted by Sherpa Collaborative, LLC DBA 10Fold Growth via email, phone, or SMS regarding your Blueprint results and related services. You further consent to being added to our email marketing list. You may opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. No Guarantee of Results
THE BLUEPRINT AND ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR GUARANTEE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS OUTCOME, REVENUE INCREASE, EFFICIENCY GAIN, OR OTHER RESULT.
Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to market conditions, your implementation of recommendations, your team, economic conditions, and other variables. Any examples, case studies, or testimonials referenced on our website are not guarantees or projections of your results. Individual results will vary.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and within the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, the Blueprint methodology, and software, is the property of Sherpa Collaborative, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal and business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of our content or methodology without our prior written consent.
Your Blueprint results are generated based on your inputs and are provided for your individual use. You may share your own Blueprint results, but you may not represent them as developed independently by you or use them as the basis for a competing service.
8. Paid Services
The 10Fold Growth Blueprint assessment is provided free of charge. We may offer additional consulting, coaching, or implementation services for a fee. Any paid offering will be presented to you with clear pricing and terms before any purchase is made, and will require your separate and affirmative agreement. These Terms of Service do not govern any paid service agreement; a separate agreement will apply to paid engagements.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
We do not warrant that the information provided through the Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHERPA COLLABORATIVE, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN THEIR ENTIRETY.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sherpa Collaborative, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be subject to informal negotiation. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days of written notice, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with arbitration taking place in Wake County, North Carolina. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Wake County, North Carolina to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration. You agree to personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina for such purposes.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sherpa Collaborative, LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
